In a vision, I was shown how this vast energetic sea is often clouded by restless thoughts, distractions, and unconscious patterns. In the mid- afternoon slump, I will be guiding you into stillness, helping you quiet the mind, dissolve the mental fog, and align with the deeper current of peace within all of us.
