My name is Yaleny
I’m a local guide rooted in Denver Colorado. The Wave was born from a vision I had back on March 15, 2025, during a deep meditation. Since then, I’ve been guided through dreams and meditations—learning how to channel and design practices base on what the collective needs at this moment.

This is for anyone craving soulful connection and a loving community rooted in mindfulness and embodied awareness. Here, we breath together, hold space for silence, and allow the mind and body to rest — so life flows with more easy and grace.

This journey is shared online and soon in-person, with outdoor meditations around our beautiful parks here in Colorado.

Whether we meet through the screen or beneath the Colorado open sky, you’re warmly invited to experience the stillness that lives within you.

A calming night practice to release the day's tension, restore balance, and recharge your energy. Languages alternate weekly. (15–30 min depending on the energy and channeling.)
