Come join us for a joyful and calming session where kids explore the power of breath, movement, and stillness. Through fun yoga flows and gentle guided meditations, your little one will learn how to connect with their body and emotions in a playful, mindful way.
Meditation helps children build focus, emotional balance, and self-awareness—tools that serve them for life. As we gather in community, we create a peaceful space to slow down, connect, and remember the beauty of being present.
Now more than ever, there is a need to pause—to make space for silence, stillness, and mindful presence.
This class is designed for curious and creative young minds, ages 5 to 7.
Note: Since this is an outdoor event and, well… Denver weather has a personality of its own (sunshine one minute, snow flurries the next), please keep an eye on your email. Any weather-related cancellations will be sent out two hours before class time.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat or a towel, a bottle of water, and dress your little one in comfortable clothes suitable for the weather.
A Note for Parents:
To help your child fully immerse in the experience, we kindly ask that you find a cozy spot nearby—where they won’t be distracted by your presence. This time is just for them to connect, explore, and flow freely.
Your little one will have the chance to pause under the open sky, connect with the Earth, and share a mindful moment in community with other little ones—one breath at a time.
This is a donation-based offering. Your contributions, given from the heart, help support this event and allow me to continue creating more nourishing experiences for our little ones and the community. Thank you for being part of this journey.
