ÁNIMA is an embodied movement experience rooted in breath + presence.

A space to explore the body through slow, intentional movement, strength, softness, sensuality, dance and play.

THIS JOURNEY

This edition of ÁNIMA moves at a slower, more sensual pace.

I’ll guide you through a movement sequence rooted in breath, somatic awareness and embodied sensuality—exploring the hips, spine and whole body through fluid, intentional movement.

As the practice unfolds, we’ll slowly move from guided movement into dance—giving you the freedom to follow along with me or take what your body has learned and make it your own.

No performance. No right way to move.

Just space to feel, explore, play and experience your body from within.

We’ll close in Savasana, allowing the body to completely surrender as sound creates space for the nervous system to settle, rest and restore.

WHO CAN EXPERIENCE ÁNIMA?

ÁNIMA is open to both women and men.

You don't need to know how to dance.

You don't need yoga experience.

You don't need to be flexible.

You simply need to be willing to explore your body, your breath and your own way of moving.

Bring your strength.

Bring your softness.

Bring your sensuality.

Throughout the experience, you're always invited to listen to your body. Modify a movement, slow down, rest or pause whenever your body asks you to.
