We start by arriving into the body through gentle movement, breath, and somatic touch—allowing you to soften and become present. From there, you are guided into a deeper state using breath, awareness, visualization, and sound.
As you move through the experience, the mind begins to quiet, the body begins to open, and a natural sense of clarity emerges—not by force, but by returning to your own rhythm.

A private, 90-minute in-home Wave immersion designed as a fully curated sensory experience to bring your entire system into deep regulation, clarity, and embodied presence.
We move through waves of experience designed to gently unwind the nervous system and bring you back into connection with your body, your breath, and your internal rhythm. You are held in a space where nothing is required of you except to arrive and be guided.
Wave Entry (Body)
We begin by arriving into the body through somatic movement and somatic awareness practices, allowing you to slow down, soften, and become fully present.
This phase supports the release of physical tension and prepares the system to enter deeper states of receptivity.
Breath Activation
From here, we move into guided breath-work, designed to regulate the nervous system and create space within the body and mind.
As the breath deepens, internal noise begins to quiet, and a natural sense of steadiness emerges.
Sound Immersion
You are then guided into a meditation and sound journey, where carefully selected natural soundscapes—such as ocean waves, rain, waterfalls, whale song, or birdsong—are woven into the experience based on what best supports your system in that moment.
Alongside these natural frequencies, live instruments are used to deepen the immersion, including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and crystal harp, creating layered vibrational fields that support relaxation and coherence.
Sensory Integration
The experience is further supported through natural essential oils, intentionally selected or blended to complement the state of the session, engaging the sense of smell to deepen grounding and emotional clarity.
Herbal tea blends are also offered to support integration, chosen to reflect the energetic quality of what has been experienced—whether calming, clarifying, or grounding.
Reflection & Integration
We close the experience with gentle reflection and intuitive integration, including oracle cards and guided dialogue.
This space allows you to articulate what was felt, received, or uncovered—not as analysis, but as embodiment.
You are also guided to connect with a future message for yourself, anchoring insight into something you can carry beyond the session.

Return to the Ocean is a 3-week one-on-one journey designed to guide you back into your natural rhythm. We meet twice a week via Zoom for 60-minute guided experiences where each session becomes a wave you enter, move through, and integrate.
We begin by arriving into the body through slow, conscious movement, breath, and somatic touch—allowing you to soften, feel, and reconnect. From there, we move into deeper states of awareness using breath, visualization, and sound to help you follow the intelligence already within you.
This experience it’s about learning how to listen, feel, and move with your own internal rhythm.
Over time, this rhythm begins to extend beyond the sessions—into how you respond, move, and return to yourself in your everyday life.
Each experience closes with space to integrate—so what you felt becomes something you can return to, not just something you experienced in the moment.

This experience is offered at per-person pricing with a minimum of four participants. Please select your group size under Additional Participant when booking. The location will be confirmed after booking.
Collective Wave is designed to guide multiple people into a shared state of deep rest, regulation, and expanded awareness through breath, sound, and collective resonance.
This is not a traditional sound experience—it is a guided group process where each participant is supported in connecting with their body, their breath, and their inner awareness, while being held in a collective field of resonance.
We begin by arriving into the space and opening with oracle cards, where each participant draws a card as a personal mirror for the experience ahead. This becomes an intuitive entry point into presence, intention, and inner connection.
From there, we move into gentle somatic movement, allowing the body to soften, release tension, and arrive fully into the present moment.
We then transition into guided breathwork, supporting the nervous system in settling and opening into a calmer, more receptive state of awareness.
As the experience deepens, you are guided into a sound journey with live instruments and natural soundscapes, including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, crystal harp, and elemental sounds such as water, rain, ocean waves, and birdsong—intuitively woven to support the collective energy of the group.
The journey closes in stillness, allowing the body and mind to integrate what has been experienced. We then transition into a gentle integration circle with tea, where participants are invited to reflect on their oracle cards and explore what the experience revealed for them personally.
You are not only returning to yourself—you are contributing to a shared field of presence, where individual regulation becomes collective coherence.
